Mood normalised, morning hypoglycaemic attacks ceased, and cravings for sweets diminished over time. I experienced more energy, less irritability, and fewer colds. Initially, I took two capsules in the morning and one in the afternoon, but now one capsule in the morning suffices for a good day.
